General cleaning rates are based on property size, size of rooms and quantity of bedrooms, bathrooms and living quarters. The basic starting rate includes the number of bedrooms in the property, 1 family shower/bathroom, 1 small W/C, 1 small - medium kitchen/diner, 1 large or 2 small - medium living rooms, hall, stairs and landings.

ANY FURTHER ROOMS WILL BE QUOTED AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

WHATS INCLUDED IN A GENERAL CLEAN?

KITCHEN/DINER

Clean and wiping down of counter tops, dining table, small appliances, fronts of large appliances, sink and faucet, stove top, exterior oven doors and window sills.

Empty bins.

Dust, sweep, hoover and mop.

SHOWER/BATHROOM

Clean and wiping down of counter tops, fronts of cabinets, mirrors, window sills, tiles (within reach), shower (INC base, screen and shower head), bath tub and faucet, sink and faucet and toilet (INC bowl, seat and base).

Empty bins.

Dust, sweep, hoover and mop.

LIVING ROOM

Clean and wiping down of furniture surfaces and window sills.

BEDROOM

Clean and wiping down of furniture surfaces and window sills.

Tidy bed.
